COMMISSIONS & BRIDAL BOUQUETS
If you see a painting that you like but would like it in a different size or color, I’d be happy to work out the details with you for a custom order. If you'd like to turn a bridal bouquet into original art, check out this section for more information. Pricing is based on details, size and type of canvas. I require a downpayment of half the cost. Please contact me at least six weeks in advance if you have a particular date in mind for it to be finished. Questions are welcome so feel free to email me.

PAYMENT
To make sure that your payment is protected, I have teamed up with Paypal, one the industry's most trusted processing systems. I will never see your account and card numbers. Everything related to the payment is handled by Paypal. I accept VISA, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, cash or check.

To purchase original art, please contact me and I will send you an invoice via Paypal or you may also pay with check. If you use the "add to cart" feature for note cards and prints, you're payment will be processed via Paypal. Items will ship after payment has cleared. If you prefer to purchase the product in person, I'll be happy to try to accommodate you.

Sales tax is included in the total price, but shipping is extra. Please see individual item for shipping cost.

TAXES
Sales tax is already included in the final price.

SHIPPING
Shipping is generally within 3 days of receipt of payment and is calculated individually and will depend on the product and your location. If you are in the Washington DC metro area, please contact me if you prefer to pick up an item at the studio.

Original art is carefully wrapped and packaged before being shipped with FedEx Ground. Fine art prints are put in plastic sleeves, secured on a backing board with my artist bio on the other side and shipped in hard mailers via USPS. Note cards are packaged in clear plastic sleeves, put in padded envelopes and shipped via USPS.

I’d be happy to arrange a rush order if needed. Let me know and I will expedite the service for a rush delivery rate.

For international shipments, please be aware that you may be responsible for additional duty/import fees.

PRIVACY
I use the information you provide about yourself or someone else when placing an order only to complete that order, ship the product and to confirm delivery. I do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I hope that you never have to return a painting, fine art print or note card, but if you do, I want to make it as easy for you as possible.

If for any reason you want to return an item, I am happy to refund the price of the item upon receiving it in good condition. Same goes if you would like to exchange a piece with another. You will handle the return delivery charge. The item needs to be returned within 14 days. Once I get the return, I will credit your account within 3-5 business days. Please note that our banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
