I couldn’t help myself! I’ve been wanting to do my own open studio event for a year now but never managed to pull the trigger. Now is the time! This is a “by-invitation only” event and postcards are going out over the weekend.

Lots of art will cover the walls, both originals and framed limited editions and prints, and of course the print baskets and whatever stationery that is left. Please let me know if you would like an invitation by emailing me.

This event is replacing a couple of other things in the pipeline. No art classes will be provided at this time, and I’ll have to cancel this year’s Holiday Art Auction as I’m just slammed with commissions, which is a GOOD THING. I think this event adds something for everyone and something new for me to try. I just wish I could do all of it but with a day-job, it’s just not possible. Fingers crossed for more time on my hands in the future.

To all of you following along across the US and around the world, I promise I’ll have a treat closer to the holidays just for you! I’m so grateful that you love my art and enjoy the things I do and I realize this event is for locals only. I’d love to hear from you so leave a comment if there’s anything specific you are looking forward to or if I totally upset you for cancelling the art auction.

Some bonds never really leave us.
They simply find new ways to stay close.
