{Green Calla Lilies is getting pretty for a NJ gallery}

It’s amazing what an enhancement the right frame can do. I picked up this piece from my framer recently, and boy was I pleased when I saw how it turned out. It’s sooooo pretty! Love love love it. I could stare at it all day long.

I had it professionally framed because Green Calla Lilies, along with a few other pieces are going to a gallery & gift shop in Fair Haven, New Jersey this weekend. I wanted to make sure it was professionally framed with gallery/museum quality materials and with a framing job that really enhances the piece. Besides the light wood frame, my framer used a four inch matting and added a thin yellow line that goes all around the piece. I love it!

The glass offers the highest level of UV protection available and it blocks at least 99 percent of UV energy which protects against fading and helps this piece stay brighter for a longer time. Good glass is key for anything you want lasting generations to come.

Deb (the framer) and discussed what I wanted, but it’s still difficult to imagine the finished product. I’m beyond pleased, what do you think?

{Framed original painting}

Hope you like it as much as I do!
