I’m so excited to introduce to you my very own awesome ASSISTANT!! Meet Katie-Beth, the sweetest and lovliest girl who has in two short weeks opened up the possibilities for the studio this spring 🙂 LOVE IT! 

Born in Baltimore, MD and raised in Sterling, VA, Katie-Beth is a true native to the Washington DC metro area. She attended Park View High School graduating with honors and an Advanced Degree. With a strong interest in theater and public speaking, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations at George Mason University – the same degree and college I graduated from almost 10 years ago. She tells me she is thrilled to have joined the studio and proudly boasts to friends and family that she gets to work around “beautiful things” all day. How sweet is that? Yes, albeit messy at times, there are colorful prints and paintings all around. 🙂

It will be a jam-packed schedule this spring with several promotions, art classes, art auctions and hopefully another open studio event on the tail end. We’re already in full swing doing a huge mailing promotion. On top of that I have a packed commission schedule so I’m training Katie-Beth to help me with a lot of PR, marketing, print work and of course administrative work. I will be mentoring her in PR and see if I can pass on some wisdom I’ve iquired over the years in the agency and corporate world.  You may see some blog posts by her, maybe some social media contests run by her etc.  🙂 You can reach her at hello@studioeriksdotter.com 🙂
