Congratulations to Luxembourg on getting a new and absolutely beautiful princess! Earlier today the wedding of Prince Guillaume, the next in line to the Luxembourg throne and the Grand Duke-to-be, married the Belgian Countess Stephanie de Lannoy (well, technically they were married yesterday during a civil ceremony when she not only became princess but also a citizen of Luxembourg. Today was the big church wedding with the couture dress, diamond tiara and the European Royal guestlist.)

She wore a stunner of a dress! A dress I would love to wear at my own wedding, and by my favorite designer nonetheless – a couture Elie Saab wedding dress. The train was 13 feet (4 meters) long and the dress featured three-quarter sleeves and a silk tulle veil adorned with silver florals. She could have picked any tiara owned by her new mother-in-law but opted instead to wear her own family’s tiara. Speaking of her family, her mother passed away only two months before the wedding and in honor of her memory, they held a one minute silence during the ceremony.

Princess Stephanie’s bridal bouquet looks like it has white orchids, roses and ivy in it. Maybe some stephanotis as well? See more photos from the wedding here and here.
