Thank you to everyone who helped me decide which way to finish this painting by voting on their favorite perspective in my previous post! Man, it was a close vote! After 13 cast votes, perspective 2 was the winner, by two votes, and here is the finished piece!

“African Blue” – original painting by Erica Eriksdotter

African Blue” is an original acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas. It measures 16×12 inches (1.5 inches deep). Predominately white, this lovely soft piece creates a slight pop of color with its deep blue center with splashes of yellow and gold. Though perspective 2 won, I decided to not sign it on the front and instead let the buyer decide which way he/she prefers it to hang. It’s so funny how well it looks in more than one perspective. Check out the gallery! There are many more photos!

Don’t forget the art show this Saturday in Alexandria, Va! Please spread the word to your friends and family!

Have a lovely day!
