Tara’s Bridal Bouquet – original painting, 18×18 inches

The painting is AMAZING! I can’t thank you enough! I know how much love and talent went into this project and I am so excited to have such a special gift for my daughter-in-law! She is going to cherish this, I know!

Tara’s Bridal Bouquet was commissioned by a client who gave this as a gift to her future daughter-in-law at her bridal shower. Since the wedding hadn’t happened yet, my client gave a gift certificate. Sometimes if there’s a gift certificate involved, I work directly with the person who received it but in this case, after the wedding, I worked with the client to create a wonderful piece that she could eventually give in person.

Since this was quite a busy bouquet with lots of different flowers in various colors, it was important to pick a “neutral” background color that wouldn’t compete and bring more balance to the painting. My client had seen a previous painting of mine and really enjoyed the yellow background color so that’s the one we went with. The yellow background is a mix of 3 different colors.

Tara’s Bridal Bouquet measures 18×18 inches and is painted on a 1.5 inches deep gallery wrapped canvas. The background color spreads onto all sides.
