Now that my big Open Studio Event is over, and the giveaway is in full swing, I can finally focus on finishing several commissioned pieces before Christmas. And while I get to those, you get to enjoy the great photos we took during our trip to California. A whole week to ourselves with no work (hallelulja!). Never could I have imagine how stunning the drive along highway 1 would be from San Diego to San Francisco. Wow. Absolutely breathtaking.

My favorite food, nutella and banana crepe at Fabrison’s French Cafe & Crepe’s! That’s when you know you’re on vacation. YUM!

Our first, and only beach break in California. South Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach was perfect for a couple of hours of TLC.
