{cemetery in Sweden}

We flew to Sweden last week to attend my sweet grandmother’s funeral. At the age of 95, she had lived a long and happy life. The funeral was beautiful, and I’m so glad I was able to attend and be with my family. My mormor was amazing and I loved her dearly.

{Enjoying some Glögg with friends and family}

We stayed a few more days in Sweden to spend some time with our lovely friends. We even got a taste of Christmas as the Christmas Market in Old Town Stockholm opened when we were there. It was such a treat to show Casey how cozy the time in Sweden is leading up to Christmas.

Of course we had to have some hot glögg and ginger cookies while at the Christmas market. Can you believe the above photo was taken at like 4pm? After the market we had a wonderful meal at Levendi. Yum.

Now that we’re back home I’m of course craving all the yummy Swedish candy and food, none of which I brought any home! UGH.

xo,
