Katie-Beth_3_01-18-13

We are super busy in the studio already and trying to get a head start on many projects. Here I am showing my assistant, Katie-Beth, everything that goes into photographing a new piece and she’s already so very helpful.

Onboarding! I think we were both equally exhausted after my talking for 3 hours straight the first time we met up in the studio.

Taking inventory – everywhere! Paint, fine arts paper, backing boards, plastic sheets, empty canvases, frames etc. Everything had to be counted for in the new year so we knew what to order more of. I may have a messy studio which goes with being an artist, but I’m very organized and love spreadsheets and write ups. 🙂

Some bonds never really leave us.
They simply find new ways to stay close.
