What a difference a few weeks makes! Spring has definitely arrived to DC and with the 2010 National Cherry Blossom Festival kicking off this past Saturday, lots of people were out on the Mall enjoying the weather. Unbeknownst to us, it was the 43rd annual Smithsonian Kite Festival! Hundreds of colorful kits decorated the gray sky! What a difference from a few weeks ago!
