Thank you everyone for helping me pick the right shade of blue earlier this week! I’m so lucky to have such a great gang to advice when I’m stumbling on a decision. It was fairly equal for awhile but then option 2 took off with most people. The final tally ended up being: 7 votes for option 2, and 3 votes for option 1.

I really enjoyed Jason’s answer: “Rather than picking a preference, I think I’ll tell you that in option 1, the background gets my attention before the flower. In option 2, the flower grabs me first.” Can you tell his an artist himself? He’s the co-founder of Itty Bitty Press. They (him and his wife) do amazing screen posters.
Now I can work on this painting today and hopefully have it finished in time for tomorrow’s update. 🙂
